For the purposes of Article 26(2) of Directive 95/46/EC for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection

non-builderall legal entity accepting the Clauses (the "Data Exporter")

each a "party"; together "the parties",

HAVE AGREED on the following Contractual Clauses (the "Clauses") in order to adduce adequate safeguards with respect to the protection of privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals for the transfer by the data exporter to the data importer of the personal data specified in Appendix 1.

The Clauses (including Appendices 1 and 2) are effective from the date the non-builderall entity has accepted these Clauses by creating builderall account on the builderall platform (the "Services"). A “Data Processing Addendum” means an amendment to the builderall for Agreement that sets forth certain terms in relation to the protection and processing of personal data.

If you are accepting on behalf of the Data Exporter, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have full legal authority to bind your-self, or the applicable entity, to these terms and conditions; (ii) you have read and understand the Clauses; and (iii) you agree, on behalf of the party that you represent, to the Clauses. If you do not have the legal authority to bind the Data Exporter, please do not use our products. The Clauses shall automatically expire on the termination or expiry of the Data Processing Addendum. The parties agree that where Data Exporter has been presented with these Clauses and accepted these terms, such acceptance shall constitute execution of the entirety of the Clauses by both parties, subject to the effective date described above.
